Marion Siéfert is an author, director and performer. Her work is at the crossroads of several artistic and theoretical fields and is realised through different media: performances, films and writing. In 2015-2016, she was invited to Gießen (Germany) as part of her PhD at the Institute of Applied Theatre Studies. There she developed her first show, 2 or 3 things I know about you, a portrait of the audience through their Facebook profiles. She collaborated on Nocturnes and L'Époque, two films by the filmmaker Matthieu Bareyre, who is also an artistic collaborator on her plays. For Monika Gintersdorfer and Franck Edmond Yao, she performs in Les Nouveaux aristocrates (Wiener Festwochen 2017). Since September 2017, she has been an associate artist at La Commune CDN in Aubervilliers. In 2018, she created Le Grand Sommeil with the choreographer and performer Helena de Laurens, programmed in the 2018 edition of the Festival d'Automne à Paris; and in March 2019, Pièce d'actualité n°12: DU SALE! a duet for the rapper Original Laeti and the dancer Janice Bieleu. For this piece, she received the Grand Jury Prize at the European festival Fast Forward. Created during the 2020 edition of the Festival d'Automne in Paris, _jeanne_dark_ is the first show designed simultaneously for the theatre and for Instagram. It won the digital prize of the professional union of theatre, music and dance critics with a special mention. Since 2021, she has also been an associate artist at the Cndc in Angers and at the Parvis - scène nationale de Tarbes. In 2023, she will create Daddy at the Angers National Centre for the Performing Arts and will tour at the Odéon-Théâtre de l'Europe.

Matthieu Bareyre is a filmmaker. Since Nocturnes, his first film which won a prize at Cinéma du Réel in 2015, Matthieu Bareyre has been the author, director and editor of all his films. Through his writing and editing, his vision probes the unconscious of our time. From 2015 to 2017, he began shooting his first feature film, L'Époque, a nocturnal journey through Paris with young people he met during his wanderings between the 2015 attacks in Paris and the 2017 presidential election. The film will be selected and awarded at the Locarno Film Festival, will be released in theatres in 2019 and will be awarded the prize for best first film by the French Critics' Union. His next film, Le Journal d'une femme nwar will be broadcast on Arte in 2023. He is working with Marion Siéfert on a feature film. In the theatre, he is collaborating on plays by director Marion Siéfert, Pièce d'actualité n°12: DU SALE! (2019), _jeanne_dark_ (2020) and Daddy (2023), for which he co-wrote the text.
