Born in 1975 in Japan, Adoka Niitsu holds a degree in Fine Arts from the Joshibi University of Art and Design and graduated in Information Technology at the International Academy of Media Arts and Sciences (IAMAS) in Japan. For 7 years, she was an art teacher at three Japanese universities, including the Tokyo University of the Arts, and has taught Japanese since 2015 at Beaux-Arts de Paris. Working with several institutions and galleries, such as the Centre Pompidou and the Cité Internationale des Arts, she also contributes to numerous cultural exchange projects between France and Japan. In parallel, she carries out artistic multimedia research on the history of the transmission of images and on the influence of technologies on human relationships.
